Great deals can be found on gently used and new items for Newborn to preteen. Expect to see racks and racks of clothing, shoes and accessories. There will also be tables full of toys, books, videos, nursery items, and other gear for kids of all ages. There will be Maternity clothing for the mom-to-be as well as many high chairs, strollers and other large items too!
Consigning is open to the public. Each consignor sets their own prices and will be mailed a check for 70% of their sales. We retain 10% to pay for costs and the other 20% goes to a local charity which benefits local children.
This financial donation amounted to $6400 in 2011 and went to the Dakota McLamb Memorial Fund. Past recipients include the Greenwood Baby Pantry, Sussex County Parents as Teachers, Sussex County Foster Parents Association, The Children's Beach House in Lewes and Read Aloud Delaware.
Consignors also have the option of picking up or donating their unsold items. Items donated go to help many local families in need.
The intention of our sale is to give great bargains to families, therefore Dealers and others intending to buy for resale must wait until noon, Sat. before shopping. We reserve the right to limit number of items bought based on this rule.
